what do you do? Run the show.
what's the best part of your job? The creativity. Every website we build is a new experience, even if we've done something like it just before. I enjoy guiding projects all the way from the first conversation to the actual deployment of the website on the internet. It's a treat to watch something powerful and new come to life.
how did you get here?
I began my career in business shortly after graduating from Notre Dame with a B.A. in history. I took a job as a management intern at the LaSalle Company, Inc., parent company to One:Ten. While I spent most of the year writing XML for one of the company's computer systems, taking large orders for Bibles, packing boxes full of textbooks, and generally gaining experience in every department of the company, I also became involved in discussions about the company website and possible new business ventures. Out of these discussions came one:ten, which I and six others started in March 2006.
the interesting stuff: When I'm not in the office, you can often find me running, reading or playing the piano. I also enjoy traveling, especially if it involves discovering the hidden national treasures of the Midwest (no that's not an oxymoron). Most important of all, I spend as much time as I can with my friends and fellow members of the People of Praise, working and living with them as a Christian community.
